Unbound

Unbound is a 2D pixel game where a witch has accidently lost control of her body from a botch ritual. She must now collect ingredients within the town to create a ritual to bind her soul back to her body. The player controls her ghost and has to help her retrieve these items from several locations in the town, they must navigate and possess different characters to get into different buildings to obtain the ingredients needed for the rebinding ritual!

This project was for an assets module, however it was personal goal for me to improve upon my asset making skills too, I had to plan and make all the assets within the game and create a level for them to be put in. This project also got nominated for the TIGA Graduate - Artist Award by my project supervisor! It really helped me hone my art skills as well as judge the scope of projects and how to efficiently manage time between programming, creating and designing.
